Pneumonia

I am home sick with pneumonia. It really sucks. It hurts to breathe and i am exhausted because i can't sleep because i can't breathe. But, I went to the doctor and they gave me an inhaler and some antibiotics so i am finally on the mend. I go back to work tomorrow. Hopefully I will be able to breath and talk at the same time

ME

So, yesterday was my first visist to the counselor. i knew i would feel all yucky after wards so i took the whole afternoon off of work. i am glad i did. The office is down by Day Island park and afer the session i walked down there and sat at a park bench, ate my sandwich, read my book and watched the ducks. It was very relaxing. so i think i like the therapist. We are going to concentrate on my lack of self-esteem and my dislike of vulnerablity and my control issues. Now, due tot he fact i work from 9-6 i am oging to have to work out how to leave at 3 on thrusdays so i can go to my appointment.
