Another year

So, Monday is my birthday. I will be 49 years young. I want to buy myself a nice gift, but i have no idea what to buy. any suggestions? i don't like being this close to fifty, especially when i still feel like i am a teeneager, but now i know better. Work totally sucks right now. they are closing our place. luckily, or unluckily as it may be, i am a Level II so iget to stay to the bitter, and i do mean bitter, end. i think i would have preferred to be offered offered a severance package and given a term date, but, oh well. at least it gives me time to find a better job. i will apply again at symantec, but not right away. i would like a job where i am not on the phone on a head set all the live long day. so i am looking... and looking. i hate looking for a job
